We’ll let you in on our most recent work coupled with our models’ reviews of how it went for them. So without further ado, let’s go!
Photoshoots
This type of work lands virtually or physically very frequently! Most of our models spanning all ages, from babies through to models enjoying life in their later years, get called for at least one photoshoot at the bare minimum in their modelling profession with MD. (Though we do emphasise the word “most” since it’s unrealistic to say that all of our models see themselves being placed in front of the camera as the decision to hire ultimately rests in the client’s hands).
We look at our female model Stella who was booked for a photoshoot for The Royal College of Nursing at the end of 2024. Here’s what she had to say:
“That’s my 2nd job with Models Direct and it was another great experience!
This photoshoot felt special because we had to be in the skin of nurses in action and show, as best as we could, their amazing skill set, dedication and human connection they bring every day.
The production team and the photographer were professional and nice. We were guided by an experienced nurse, so I felt confident that I was representing nurses as realistically as possible!
The other models from Models Direct were super nice too. So nice vibes overall!

Video shoots
As for capturing our models on film, we’ve had lots of requests and bookings that have been finalised over our thirty years in the industry. Most recently, a group of our adult male and female models were hired to star in British pub and brewer chain Greene King’s campaign. Jerome was one of the handpicked male models to star in the video shoot. He expressed:
“First shoot was a success!! Was booked for a video shoot and had a great time! Met loads of other models and actors from the agency with different levels of experience. It was a day shoot and we had time to eat in the middle too which was good! All the staff and models were very friendly and I enjoyed speaking to everyone and hearing about the different kinds of jobs they’ve done in the past to get where they are now! I had fun, learned a lot and got to work with amazing people so overall, the shoot was incredible considering it was my first one!!”

Promotional modelling
As for promotional work, our models get to do some pretty extraordinary stuff which might mean being hands-on and out and about in public. Robin got a chance to do something just like this for their first event. Here’s the feedback that they shared with us when they took to the streets of Lincolnshire:
“This was my first promotional event with Models Direct which took place at St. Mark’s Shopping Centre in Lincoln. Navigating the event was very easy thanks to Marie, Principle Agent at Models Direct, who gave me all the relevant information for me to get the most out of this opportunity. The other model and I worked very well together promoting the shopping centre and handing out Easter eggs to young children, which was very rewarding. After this experience, I am very eager to take part in more events and would recommend Models Direct.”
Besides these popular modelling jobs, we have also had commercial and TV requests where some of our models have teamed up with channels such as Ideal TV for excellent collaborations, whilst other bookings have entailed catwalk modelling or singing gigs.
