The assignment involved me and two other male models being photographed for the Swedish pharmaceutical company Sobi. The shoot took place inside Blackpool tower where we had to pose and interact together as a group of friends.
My favorite part of the assignment was when they made us close our eyes and placed us on the glass floor at the top of the tower, then made us open our eyes to capture our natural reactions!
The company directors and photographers were very friendly and made me feel more than comfortable. They were very good at directing us and couldn’t praise us enough!
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being a model for the day and meeting new people. At first I was a bit nervous as you don’t always know exactly what to expect but once I arrived and greeted the crew and models I felt much more relaxed and they then explained in detail what we were going to be doing. At first I found it a bit difficult to get into character for the shoot however I soon relaxed and became fully into character.
Every time I do an assignment it is brilliant for my confidence, I feel that it helps you to be independent and gives you the confidence to try new things and just get stuck in. I would definitely recommend the experience to others, it is brilliant and all I would say is just be yourself and give it your all. You will be absolutely fine.
I would certainly recommend Models Direct to anybody looking for extra work or interested in pursuing work in the talent industry because they have been amazing with me and I have had three assignments so far and every one of them I have had so much fun gained a lot of experience.
