India, Jacob and Zane were so excited to hear from the Models Direct team that they had been successfully selected to star in the new Pukka Pads commercial, how exciting!
The shoot was a full day and would take place in Poole, Dorset. The models would be filmed while playing with two of the Pukka Pads new products, to promote how fun and user friendly they are for children.
Any women who are expecting or have had children will know that modelling is not something that is at the forefront of your mind when you are pregnant!!
Your body changes so much throughout the process and those changes are not always pretty, however the demand for maternity models in the industry has increased due to retailers targeting pregnant women as they are such a large demographic, the best way to do this is for retailers to promote their products, services and clothing on pregnant models! The maternity fashion market is huge and is set to continually grow as women are demanding more variety in their clothing and product choices while being pregnant.
The Models Direct team love to see our models in print, on television and in the media, it’s great to see the final images from an assignment our models have featured in and to have experienced an assignment with them from initial enquiry, through to the end result!
Recently our models Annie & Dom were selected for a bridal shoot in Swansea to promote a new wedding venue – the assignments team at Models Direct were given the brief to source a beautiful couple and Annie & Dom fitted the brief!
On the day they both attended fittings and Annie was styled by their glam team to ensure her hair and make up was just so! The feedback from the entire team was amazing and here are a few of the final pics!
Our model Lucy was pretty excited to be selected for the starring role in the new Perfect Virtual Reality Commercial for #Playstation!!
Lucy has had previous experience in modelling and acting through Models Direct, but never before had she done anything like this. Her brief was to act out a response to different scenarios that were given to her and create the realism of these situations through her expressions. This was all to be done infront of a green screen, so special effects could all be added later in the process, therefore, Lucy had no idea what her surroundings were or what she was reacting to!
Read how Lucy got on: “Today, I completed my fourth job through Models Direct Agency. The #assignment was for a video games console commercial. I had the lead role which involved me wearing a pair of virtual reality glasses and pretending to react to my surroundings. There was a green screen behind me so special effects can be added during post production. One of the scenes included me acting as if I had stepped out onto a mountain and was gasping at the view! A wind machine was used to blow my hair around to help enhance the scene but it was my job to create the realism through my expression! It was fun day’ working with a lovely film crew – I cannot wait to see the finished commercial!”
A few behind the scenes pics of Lucy’s time on set!!
What an exciting experience for Lucy and great to add to her portfolio! The modelling & talent industry can be incredibly diverse and exciting. #Assignments range massively, so the more diverse you are the better!
Enjoy the trailer!!
